It was Christmas Eve and everyone was in bed. The clock ticked towards midnight but I couldn't sleep. Suddenly, I heard stomping on the roof, I was scared so I hid under my blankets but then I saw a big red nose poke through a little hole in the wall, I laughed when I realized that it was just Rudolph, Prancer, Dancer and the other reindeer on the roof. Then after that I saw... Santa, can you believe it? Then Santa asked, " Why aren't you asleep". I said I just can't go to sleep. Then Santa came in and said I will read you a story until you go to sleep, okay? After that I chose a story in the middle of the story I started to feel sleepy and fell asleep. THE END

Two Special Things on one Day
Wow! Last Friday was a very exciting day called CULTURE DAY! Friday was also even more exciting because it was the year twos last assembly.
First I will tell you about Culture day. If you don't know what culture day is I will tell you, Culture Day is when the whole school dresses in their culture clothes, I dressed black because I tried to dress as one of the All Blacks.
Now about the assembly, the first thing that the year twos did is that they danced to the song celebrate, after that the year sixes performed a play about sun hats it was called the... SUN HAT SKIT. Last the year twos did a few more things and it was over.
That day was fun and I enjoyed it.

All Blacks vs France
Try! On Sunday early in the morning the All Blacks versed France in England. My dad was downstairs watching the world cup while I was upstairs doing lego. When I heard the crowd shouting so I ran downstairs and jumped up onto the couch. When I just got up onto the chair I saw the All Blacks score another try I jumped up and down clapping my hands and my dad shouted Great Job!!!!! Then suddenly... an incident happened, Richie got punched on the face!!!!! At the end of the game I was really excited because the All Blacks won the quarter-finals!!!! The All Blacks annihilated France (they totally won) I was very proud of the All Blacks!!!!!!!!!!

The Pirate Show
Arghhh! Ahoy ye maties! Yesterday me and the school watchedThe Pirates of the Curry Bean. The story was about two kids who have lost their mother by the pirates. And now the story begins as the two children are on a search for their mother and DEFEAT THE PIRATES!Unexpected though they were suprised by a loudHOOOONNNNNNKKK!!! They were also suprised to see a humongous ship come over to rest when it stopped they asked if they could have a ride,they said to the captain "Because our mother has been kidnapped by pirates". So the captain let them on the ship because she was so kind. The two kids said thank you and they went sailing in the sea. The captain had heaps of jobs for the people that were on board the ship. In a while they saw a pirate ship!!! Then suddenly behind the pirate sail they saw... THEIR MOTHER!They were so happy but they were wandering how they were going to get their mother from those stinky pirates. Soon the captain saw the pirates too so they tried to help the two kids get their, mother and they did then they went to the beach and they all found the two children's father they were so happy.
Woof! Woof! Hope you've seen the movie Tin-tin because I am his pet dog! I am Snowy. I am from the book Tin-tin too. My owner Tin-tin is the main character. I have white and curly fur. I help Tin-tin with mystery's but we always get caught because some people just want to take everything from us. Then we find people that can help us but unfortunately they keep on getting hurt except The Captain of the Unicorn the huge ship. But his crew died and he was the only one left. The series that the movie was based on is called the secret of the unicorn.
Fitness with a coach
YAY! last Thursday we did fitness with a rugby teacher named Moneath. He taught us a new game called Bull rush. These are the rules: you have a ball and if you drop it or get tagged then you throw the ball out and you become the tagger.We also played tag with a ball. We needed a buddy and my buddy was Madison. Like the tag we play we tag each other exceptyou can tag that person as many times as you want because when that round is over they count up how many times you tagged your buddy and whoever tagged their buddy the most wins that round. I like doing fitness with Moneath because we do lots of fun games.

WHOOOOOOOOOOO! We made smelly balloons. Some people were using: Rosemary, Honey, Garlic, Vinegar, Basil, Vanilla essence,Onion, Mint sauce and Liquid.Our class also got to show Mrs Fields class. "pew!" said Mrs Field when she smelt the stinky balloons. Then we showed Mr Wilson & Miss Von, They said it was disgusting. Some got to show Mrs Hurford, Some even got to take them home. I did not get to take one home but I am happy with what I made.I love making smelly balloons because it is science!

Today we went to Mrs Langford for fitness, we played some games. One was like Stuck in the mud except you had to go under the arms. When the taggers tag you, you stand up and put arms out like you are [[#|balancing]]. The other one is similar to the other game because you still tag in this game.The taggers have to tag your leg, and when they do you put your leg up, both knees together and you count to 3 but if you fall before you finish [[#|counting]] you have to [[#|start]] again. It was [[#|tiring]] running around so much but I kept it up.Just then James got hurt and Mikayla took him to get some water.A while later they came back and it was time to finish fitness. WOW!
